- Perform operational, business and cost analysis; prepare related reports (e.g., management reports) as requested by company's management.
- Perform analysis and reports that demonstrate compliance with the company's norms and procedures.
- Analyze business processes, as well as current and prospect digital solutions used in business areas to propose new opportunities.
- Assist the department with its various procurement needs by partnering with various vendors and company procurement personnel and by following established guidelines.
- Support the team and management with controlling contractual documentation.
- Support preparation and control of the annual Action Plan and budget.
- Support the billing process, invoicing payment and its controls.
- Other Ad-hoc requests.
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related area required.
- Generally 2-4 years of business analyst, cost accounting or financial analysis experience required.
- Experience in performing general administrative support activities
- Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures
- Knowledge of O365 suite, including PowerBI and Power Apps Platform
- Knowledge on creating/maintain dashboards and reports through PowerBI
- Knowledge on develop automation using Power Platform products
- Knowledge on creating/maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce
- Demonstrates teamwork abilities, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with on-the-job training
- Excellent time management, planning skills and attention to details
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours if required.
