- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Handle requests for information and data from colleagues and management.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and email.
- Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide assistance to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Office Assistant will support office operations by performing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day functionality of the office.
