    This role is fully on-site in NYC. Seeking a Fundraising Coordinator for a growing non-profit that has a wonderful mission statement. The manager is a strong leader and mentor that believes in work/life balance. This role will support walks, gala's, golf events, young professional gatherings and national networking events.

    Functions:

    • Solicit donations from current and new donors via email, phone and print materials.
    • Prospect potential new donors using various direct methods (such as calling and face-to-face meetings), networking, mining the MS Excel database, utilizing social media sites, and research.
    • Work alongside the events and marketing team to plan and execute all local events and programs, in person and virtually.
    • Be a voice for the young professional community and work with the internal management teams to develop marketing and events to target that audience.
    • Represent the non-profit at various events to bring new donors into the fold and identify partnership opportunities.
    • Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree is highly regarded.
    • Must have 1-3 years of experience within a fundraising role, preferred is non-profit experience.
    • Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Strong relationship/rapport building skills.
