- Facilitate sprints, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, and analytics
- Coordinate backlog grooming and ensure that user stories are refined and ready for development
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and team members to refine functional requirements and create actionable technical requirements/documentation
- Support Development Manager in defining and managing technical roadmap
- Oversee all phases of testing including automation and regression testing
- Manage software development release process and procedures
- Stay up to date and provide recommendations on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices
- 3-5 years of related technical experience
- Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates initiative, drive, and approaches challenges with a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently multi-task.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Scrum Master/Product Owner certification
