Job summary
We work with U.S. retailers to help them understand their consumers and optimize their business On the NIQ Retail Team you will work face-to-face with beauty drug and OTC retail players using our solutions to answer questions such as what is the right assortment to carry how do I optimize pricing & promotional strategies Every day brings new challenges when working in the fast-paced retail environment This role requires strategic leadership client engagement growth team leadership operational excellence skills including commercial acumen consultative selling expertise ability lead diverse teams drive transformation initiatives strong sense urgency accountability drive client outcomes manage multiple priorities BA/BS required This role has market-competitive salary anticipated base compensation $135 00 - $167 000 Actual salaries will vary depending experience qualifications skills location This role might also be eligible sales-based incentive performance-based bonus Other benefits include flexible working environment comprehensive health insurance industry-leading parental leave life insurance education support more For this reason we consider this job valid
