- Set up work orders into the MRP system
- Review timesheets and submit them to payroll
- Claim production units
- Enter purchase requisitions
- Collect subcontractor/material tickets for accrual
- Prepare project invoices
- Attend department project/financial meetings
- Monitor Purchase Order spend
- Must be able to cross-train and work in a team environment
- Must have good organizational skills and be an effective communicator
- General office administration experience
- Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Exposure to construction or utility field office (Preferably)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and team player
- High School graduate or equivalent. Some college or other advanced education preferred.
- Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:
- 2-5 years of general office experience
