We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Administrator in the Los Angeles area. This position will engage in the management of the overall project life cycle and provides timely reporting and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up work orders into the MRP system
• Review timesheets and submit them to payroll
• Claim production units
• Enter purchase requisitions
• Collect subcontractor/material tickets for accrual
• Prepare project invoices
• Attend department project/financial meetings
• Monitor Purchase Order spend
• Must be able to cross-train and work in a team environment
• Must have good organizational skills and be an effective communicator

Required Skills:

• General office administration experience
• Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Exposure to construction or utility field office (Preferably)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and team player

Minimum Educational Background:

• High School graduate or equivalent. Some college or other advanced education preferred.
• Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:
• 2-5 years of general office experience

Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.

Compensation based on experience.
