About the role
As Onebrief scales we re building a clear fair and scalable approach to how we pay reward and support our team We re looking for a Total Rewards Lead to own our compensation strategy and oversee our benefits programs across our remote fast-growing company This is a senior individual contributor role you ll set the approach and run the work partnering closely with People Finance Legal and revenue leaders You are expected to have ~7-10 years of experience in total rewards with clear depth in compensation strong analytical modeling skills comfort making recommendations with incomplete data ability to explain complex compensation topics clearly thoughtfully hands-on experience designing supporting incentive compensation programs equity frameworks salary bands comp cycles tech startups exposure public sector government-aligned sales/revenue plus Strong communication skills written verbal teamwork collaboration problem-solving adaptability innovation resilience risk-taking strategic thinking leadership technical expertise mentorship coaching feedback continuous learning development accountability stewardship integrity compliance regulatory knowledge governance policies procedures processes quality assurance customer satisfaction etc.
