    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Preferably certified in phlebotomy by an accredited agency
    • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
    • Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
    • Comfortable with minimal supervision
    • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if necessary
    • Flexible to work overtime when needed
    • Must pass a standard color blindness test

    We are currently in search of a Phlebotomist to work at a Patient Service Center or client office. In this capacity, you will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct expert specimen collections, and represent the organization. Additionally, you will have opportunities for continuous advancement within the company

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am- 6:00pm (1 hr lunch)- Varies

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Conduct blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
    • Collect specimens for various tests including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
    • Enter patient information accurately and promptly
    • Handle billing details and accept payments when necessary
    • Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
    • Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
    • Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
    • Perform necessary administrative and clerical tasks
    • Travel to other sites as needed
