- Associate or bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline
- 3+ years of HR, benefits and/or consulting experience
- Working knowledge of state, local and Federal benefit laws and guidelines including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ACA etc.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with full Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with UKG (formerly known as Ultipro) human resources information system (HRIS)
- Travel Requirements: Less than 5%; U.S.-based travel primarily only when necessary
