You will be part of a dynamic team of process specialists, project managers, security specialists and financial analysts driving the deployment and expanded support capabilities of the HSDN environment.
This team will collaborate across vendors, coordinating with multiple customer segments to ensure HSDN services are successfully deployed and transitioned to operations.
More About the Role:
The Program Support Analyst is responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful and timely completion of the mission requirement, within budget, and accordance to DHS standards.
This individual works closely with stakeholders, DHS federal Project Mangers, team members, and other contractors to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, adapting plans as needed to achieve objectives.
Supports weekly, bi-weekly, monthly meetings as requiredProvides oversight for more than 120+ concurrent enterprise-wide projects in various stages of development of the project lifecycleServes as Component Liaison Coordinator, Component Site Visit Coordinator, and Training Coordinator to provide optimum customer experiencesResponsible for the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) process for, that enables Federal, State, and Local governments to procure, access and useWorks with stakeholders to understand their mission needs, manage expectations, and provide regular project updatesManages changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder communicationRequired Qualifications:
Must have existing DOD Secret ClearanceAbility to attain DHS EODBA + 8 years' applicable experience, AA + 10 years' applicable experience, MA + 5 years applicable experience or 14 years' experience3+ years requirements analysis / managementSolid understanding of project management principlesExcellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skillsOutstanding organizational and planning abilities
