- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is mandatory; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus; a three-year diploma from an accredited program can be considered as a substitute for a nursing degree.
- Active Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is a must.
- Compliance with all relevant state/licensing criteria.
- Prior experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is beneficial but not compulsory.
