    This is a remote position.

    To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in US time zones or in the east coast of Australia.

    Your future teamWe're looking for a Procurement Process and Governance Manager to lead our procurement policy, process and governance team.

    In this role, you will report to the Head of Procurement Excellence, and join Atlassian's global procurement team consisting of a highly performing, collaborative group of professionals.

    You'll lead a team of dedicated analysts and managers focused on designing efficient end-to-end procurement processes that provide a high-quality business experience.

    As a leader in the procurement team, you will work with multiple teams across Atlassian to set the vision for providing an efficient and engaging service to our customers.

    You'll develop an in-depth understanding of our customers, implement process efficiencies, and execute programs to better engage with our customers.

    To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.

    Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.

    For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A:
    $151,800 - $202,300Zone B: $136,600 - $182,100Zone C: $126,000 - $167,900 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

    Responsibilities


    What you'll doManage a diverse team of procurement professionals and develop individual growth plansDevelop partnerships within procurement, our teams and our customers to understand end-to-end procurement process and opportunities for improvementManage customer insight initiatives to better understand the requirements of our customers and opportunities for process improvementImplement process improvement initiatives, including new ways of working.

    Manage procurement customer engagement programs to improve process understanding, compliance and adoption with customersManage oversight of OKRs and other strategic programsManage M&A procurement integration activities

    Qualifications


    Your background7 + years of experience in procurement related rolesDetailed end-to-end understanding of procurement processExperience writing executive summariesHistory of collaborating well with partners to develop a culture of getting to "yes"Success with iterating to an outcomePassion to understand Atlassian's products, customers, culture, and business models.
