    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPI Engineer to join their team. The NPI Engineer will be responsible for the development of new electronic and electro-mechanical products. The ideal candidate should have experience with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, and project management.

    The Opportunity:

    Develop and manage the NPI process for new electronic and electro-mechanical products.

    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products meet customer requirements, are designed for manufacturability, and are delivered on time and within budget.

    Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

    Work with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet specifications and are delivered on time.

    Perform product and process validation, including PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC.

    Develop and maintain design and process documentation, including BOMs, routings, work instructions, and test procedures.

    Provide technical support to the production team, including troubleshooting and process improvement.

    Drive continuous improvement of the NPI process, including standardization, automation, and cost reduction.

    What we are seeking:

    Bachelors degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, BSEE or BSME preferred.

    3-5 years experience in an NPI role in a manufacturing environment with electronics and electro-mechanical products, preferable in aerospace and defense environments.

    Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and control.

    Good understanding and ability to apply various Quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
