    Sales Support Specialist

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in the Nashville area. This person is responsible for managing accounts, work cross functionally with accounting and sales, working in excel spreadsheets and filters, coordinating with inventory for product availability, work with recurring orders, and utilize MS skills and AX Dynamics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review open orders, responding to internal emails about orders, enter new orders, checking orders that may not be filled in time and managing that, and releasing orders
    • Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating with various departments.
    • Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales materials.
    • Generate and manage sales quotations, ensuring alignment with pricing policies and customer requirements.
    • Serve as a liaison between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively address customer queries and support sales efforts.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
    • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
    • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and AX Dynamics.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to team goals.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and support.

    Details: M-F, 8-5pm; Pay: $25hr-$26hr; Some travel required; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

    Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
