- Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
- Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers.

What We Need From You
As a Director of Nursing /RN, You will oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing department to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services in accordance with the resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan.
Plan, organize, develop, evaluate and direct clinical services of the health center; quality assurance/quality control, policy and procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Manages proper staffing levels. Direct and disseminates information to nursing staff. You will feel great knowing you do meaningful work helping residents and their families
