Pay Rate:
$ 12.65/hr

Duration: 12 weeks - temp to perm

Expected Shift:
Varied Shifts/ Weekend availability: Part time and Full -time shifts

Day Shift (4x8 Hours) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Day (5x8-Hour) 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Evening (5x8 Hours) 3:00PM - 11:30 PM

Job Details:
This job cleans and services areas such as guest, patient, public, clinical and administrative areas. Responsible for maintaining a clean and aseptic environment. Detail oriented, physically capable to walk up & down stairwells all day.

Job Duties

Must work rotating weekends and holidays

Maintains assigned area in a clean and aseptic manner.

Maintains Environmental closet and equipment in a clean, aseptic and orderly manner.

Assists with special cleaning projects and room turnover.

Follows all current Joint Commission / CMS regulations pertaining to Environment of Care and Cleaning requirements.

Knowledge in housekeeping cleaning procedure and housekeeping equipment

Possible Area Assigned:
Dietary, EUA, Performance Improvement, Parking Office, Atrium, Philanthropy, Library, Respiratory, Hospital Position, Stairwells, Discharge Team, Gift Shop, Optical, 2nd/3rd Floor, Outpatient Pharmacy, North Campus PRN, ED


Work Experience:
Required – Ability to read, write and speak / understand verbal communication in English in order to follow instructions and perform daily tasks

Preferred- 1 year relevant experience.


Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
