- The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Applied Science with a focus in Architectural Technology, or a Bachelors degree in Architecture and be proficient in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Our studio environment and collaborative approach to architecture and design require that you work well with others and consistently build strong relationships with teammates and clients.
- The right person for our studio is well-organized and enjoys problem-solving to support project teams and advance architectural projects.
- We are seeking an individual with a strong knowledge of BIM concepts and a balanced skill set including the ability to understand and create parametric families, understand and create Dynamo scripts, and, understand and utilize shared parameters in Revit.
- A working knowledge of Rhino + Grasshopper, Navisworks, and content management platforms such as Avail is beneficial
- Experience in integrating BIM with project delivery, drawing sets, standardization, and integration
- Experience with AR/VR and real-time rendering technologies are a must.
- To be successful, this individual must be a self-starter, enjoy teaching and mentoring others, promote collaborative work, possess an affinity for exploring new and emerging technologies, and be an engaged problem solver.
