- Adhere to manufacturing, safety, and quality practices.
- Paint and maintain walls and floors.
- Handle low-voltage electrical tasks like replacing light bulbs (240V or less).
- Repair facility entryways, interior, and overhead doors.
- Maintain facility floors, concrete, and tiling.
- Clean, inspect, and repair roof systems.
- Support Refrigeration Technicians and HVAC staff as necessary.
- Perform grounds keeping duties such as snow removal.
- Operate industrial vehicles like forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Assist in other departments when needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Experience supervising a small team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication for safety and efficiency.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.
- Licensed to operate industrial equipment safely.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
- Proficient in carpentry and electrical work.
- Knowledgeable in concrete, floor, and tile repairs.
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekend shift)
- 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Hourly rate: $23.00 - $26.45 (Based on leadership experience)
- Health and dental coverage after 600 hours
- 401 K plan with 4% Match

- Vacation days: 5 days at 90 days, 10 days at 1 year, 15 days at 5 years
