This job posting is for aWelder / Tanker trailer Mechanic Looking for an experienced welder with shop skills and abilities to be able to become weld certified (x-ray examination) of test welds to be able to weld on code barrels Not looking for a production type welder Pay scale from the high $25 per hour to low $35 per hour depending on experience Types of tanker trailers that we work on are Petroleum Chemical Pneumatic Asphalt Non-code Weld test to be performed at time of interview SS & Alum in all positions You will need to set up weld for material to be welded you will be performing both Tig and Mig welds 30% of this job is welding rest is mechanical We are willing to train the mechanical portion Air Disc and Drum brakes Electrical systems Valving Venting Air suspensions and spring suspensions Hydraulic systems Pump systems Overfill systems And much more
