    The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and Director of Social and Content to execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, and maintain clients' online presence across platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Social Media Management
      • Create engaging posts for clients on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
      • Develop content strategies to maintain a consistent online presence and align with client goals.
      • Monitor and report on social media metrics and engagement levels.
    • Google Business Profile
      • Create and schedule regular posts to keep Google Business Profile listings up-to-date, following SEO best practices.
    • Review Management
      • Create customer review responses (positive and negative), maintaining the client's brand voice.
    • Email Marketing
      • Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
      • Write copy for newsletters, promotions, and client communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone.
      • Help track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results.
    • Content Creation & Blog Writing
      • Write clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with the client's voice and brand identity.
      • Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and style consistency.
    • Collaboration & Support
      • Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager and Director to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.
      • Assist in scheduling content calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.
      • Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and industry news.

    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile).
    • Basic understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and best practices.
    • Some experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms) is a plus.
    • Ability to adapt to various brand voices and tones.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn about new trends and tools.
    • Comfortable working in a remote environment, managing your schedule, and maintaining strong communication with a virtual team.
    • In some cases, this role might be or become client-facing; the ideal candidate should feel comfortable attending client calls if needed.

    Desired Skills

    • 1+ year of experience in social media marketing (internships or previous roles).
    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Sprout Social).
    • Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
    • Knowledge of content writing best practices and SEO basics.
    • Previous experience handling online reviews and customer engagement.
