    JOHNLEONARD is seeking a self-motivated Probate Litigation Paralegal to join our client's welcoming and inclusive team in Boston. This full-time Probate Paralegal hybrid role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

    In this Probate Litigation Paralegal position, you will prepare court filings, interact with various courts, draft motions, assist the attorneys in all aspects of litigation, and ensure the attorneys are prepared for court appearances. You must maintain positive contact with attorneys and staff and observe the confidentiality of client and firm matters.

    During your first few weeks in this Probate Litigation Paralegal role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

    • Prepare correspondence to clients, interested parties, courts, and opposing counsel
    • Coordinate with various courts on e-filing, mail filing, and hand-filing
    • Process required notice, including newspaper publications, and coordinate service on interested parties
    • Follow-up with various courts on outstanding matters
    • Contact financial institutions to obtain financial information and documentation

    To learn more or to apply for this Probate Litigation Paralegal role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience with all aspects of the probate process. Litigation experience is a plus but not necessary. You will also require:

    • A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible related work experience
    • Ability to demonstrate impeccable integrity in personal and fiduciary matters
    • Working knowledge of Excel
