    Description

    Our food production client is looking to bring on a CAD Technician to help support engineers with assemblies and drawings to ensure they are set for manufacturing as well as maintaining and organizing the CAD library
    Requirements:

    • CAD Designer/Drafter with 5-7 year experience in Industrial setting preferably the CPG Industry. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • A strong experience with use of AutoCAD is a must, and the skillset of performing file conversions and working in SOLIDWORKS is preferred
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
    • Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, deduction management, and logistics operations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
