- Follow Department IT processes and collaborate with other IT staff to ensure compliance with standards.
- Work closely with IT groups and customers to determine needs and objectives.
- Analyze the network infrastructure and operations.
- Propose and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Administer and manage the network enterprise.
- Support the network and infrastructure team as needed.
- No travel outside of Tallahassee, FL is required for this project.
- Develop standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Create plans for hardware and system enhancement.
- Establish production standards and policies in collaboration with senior network engineers.
- Foster collaboration within the IT department to enhance customer service and meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance with state data systems' requirements.
- Collaborate with the Information Security Manager on security standards.
- Implement change management procedures for network modifications.
- Provide monthly timesheets of hours worked.
