    Boston, MA 02115 Hybrid

    06+ Months contract Extn

    Pay Rate: $29.14/hr /hr on w2.

    Work Schedule: 35 hours/week
    • Location: hybrid? (If hybrid, please clarify schedule) Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote, but the specific days in the office to be determined. However, Fridays are definitely work from home.

    Max pay rate of $29.14/hr

    Duration: 4 months - Is there potential for extension or conversion? No potential for conversion but temp assignment may be extended up to 6 months depending on the length of the employee's maternity leave

    Specific Job Description and Responsibilities This position manages the administration of academic exams administered via zoom in conjunction with Registrar's Office. Work with faculty/staff to create exam rosters, notify students with instructions of upcoming exams, distribute the exam materials, monitor test taking with proctor assistance to ensure fairness and integrity. Closes out exams and submits for review to NBME. Enforces test taking rules required by instructor relating to what students may or may not bring into the testing space such as technology and other personal belongings. Ensures quiet, comfortable space for test taking. Documents any observations suggesting lack of integrity to assist in student discipline process as well as any technological difficulties which may occur. Displays empathy and positive regard for students in stressful situations. Professional demeanor and appearance required. Following exam, post scores to OASIS and My. Harvard. Additional primary responsibility includes processing "visiting student" evaluations to the home
