- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment.
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
- Maintaining communication between employees and Plant Manager to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
- Forklift driving requirement.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ensure the plant maintains proper stock inventories
- Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising a team of 10+ employees
- High school diploma.
