- Provides administrative and secretarial support to a Director, or key staff member (non-executive).
- Prepares correspondence and documents, coordinates meetings, maintains files and records, receives and directs visitors, gathers data, and prepares a variety of recurring and special reports.
- Handles or assists with administrative matters of a confidential nature, frequently involving sensitive internal and/or external contact, and performs other related duties as assigned.
- This fast-paced position requires transporting case carts and turning over procedure rooms (Scrub attire is provided for this position).
- The base hourly rate for this position is $18.55. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- This full-time position will require you to work from 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
- High School diploma or GED required. Prefer Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Medical terminology preferred.
