This position will provide support for the Construction and Materials Management Systems (CAMMS) and other systems as required in our support contract with ALDOT.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports and provides maintenance services for existing ALDOT software and hardwareDevelops software code for the Construction, Pre-construction, Financial, Materials and Tests systems to include interfaces and new functionalityParticipates in technical planning, development; researches and recommends hardware and software for systems.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, plus 5 years of the required programming experience to include 3 years of experience in systems analysis/design.
Two years of college course work (60 semester hours or 90quarter hours) to include 5 college courses in IT (15 semester hours or 25 quarter hours) of which 2 courses must be in programming, plus 5 years of the required programming experience to include 4 years of experience in systems analysis/designNo college course work plus 7 years of the required programming experience to include 5 years of experience in systems analysis/designOTHER SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
