About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AIO (AI Optimization) Expert to lead our strategy for optimizing digital visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
As AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) continues reshaping how users discover businesses, we need someone who understands how to position brands for prominence in AI-generated answers.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO.You will develop and implement strategies that ensure our content, brand authority, and structured data are optimized for AI retrieval, citation, and recommendation.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive AI Optimization (AIO) strategy
Optimize website content for AI-powered search engines and LLM retrieval
Structure content to increase inclusion in AI-generated responses
Implement schema markup and structured data best practices
Conduct entity-based optimization and semantic clustering
Improve topical authority and knowledge graph visibility
Monitor AI search performance and citation presence
Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams
Identify emerging AI search trends and adjust strategy accordingly
Build scalable frameworks for ongoing AIO improvement
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, or digital strategy
Demonstrated understanding of AI search ecosystems (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
Experience with entity SEO and structured data implementation
Strong knowledge of semantic search and information architecture
Ability to analyze performance data and translate into strategy
Familiarity with content optimization tools and analytics platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience optimizing for professional services (legal, medical, financial)
Experience building authority sites or scaling organic traffic
Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM response analysis
Knowledge of content distribution strategies for AI indexing

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
