    Description

    We are looking for Workday-HCM Instructional Designers who have experience in creating Workday HCM job aids, eModules, and smart guides. This is a temporary project role that will support our Workday HCM implementation. The position is Hybrid, with onsite presence on M/T/F.

    ROLE:

    • Create eModules and Smart Guides for Workday functionality like payroll, accounting, finance, recruiting, and supply chain.
    • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of instructional design processes, project plans, and training materials.
    • Produce various multimedia learning materials including videos, interactive eLearning courses, workbooks, audio recordings, storyboards, and graphics using tools like Articulate.
    • Collaborate with Trainers and Subject Matter Experts to design engaging learning content such as e-Learning modules, smart guides, manuals, presentations, and job aids.
    • Organize course content effectively to enhance learning outcomes and user experiences.
    • Assist in testing and deploying learning programs in collaboration with IS QA and Training.
    • Manage logistics for training sessions, webinars, and other learning events.
    • Promote training opportunities and facilitate participation across different departments.
    • Contribute to technology training projects for various systems and applications as required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
    • At least three years of work experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality setting; prior exposure to Workday system and tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, Articulate Rise, and digital adoption platforms such as Walk Me.

    • Proficiency in video production and e-learning technology.
    • Good understanding of company operations and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Expertise in Workday HCM system and digital adoption platforms.
    • Familiarity with Articulate tools, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Capability to collaborate effectively with different departments and adapt to changes.
