Description
Solis Applied Science is seeking Entry, Junior, Senior and Expert level Data Scientist professionals with experience focused on conducting GEOINT data and intelligence science.
Responsibilities
The candidate will also provide scientific services in support of GEOINT analysis
Work under guidance of the senior GEOINT Scientist
Apply GEOINT Tools and capabilities to include ENVI, GXP Explorer, Socet GXP, SpecPy, IDL, and GIS
Apply mathematical techniques to solve complex problems and develop quantitative based assessments to include statistical data analysis, knowledge discovery, and mathematical modeling
Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources (experience with a variety of data formats, unique data sources, complex data, raw data)
Provide/Support Subject Matter Expertise to project team members and the analytical cadre
Interact with analysts, mission partners and others on analytical functionality and exploitation and related support tools
Provide database consultation, graphical data visualizations, and recommendations for quantitative data selection, intelligence collection & integration
