    Key responsibilities:

    Project Management:
    Oversee facility projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

    Lead Technical Resource:
    Strive to become the go-to expert for operational machinery, offering insights and solutions to enhance efficiency and performance

    Continuous Improvement:
    Lead or assist in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and optimizing processes

    Contractor Management:
    Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specific maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality execution of work

    Maintenance Standards:
    Establish and maintain maintenance standards, developing long-term maintenance programs to meet organizational goals

    Support Production Departments:
    Collaborate with production departments to identify and address machinery and infrastructure issues, keeping operations running smoothly

    Facility Information Management:
    Compile and maintain accurate information on plant facilities, facilitating informed decision-making

    Capital Project Management:
    Take the lead in constructing new facilities or implementing significant long-term improvements to existing ones.
    Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Implement proactive and preventative maintenance strategies to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability

    Your Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field preferred.
    Extensive engineering experience and knowledge within MRO will be considered in lieu of formal education.
