    Job Description:

    A leading Medical Device company are actively seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join their team. This is an initial 6-month contract role based out of Irvine, CA and the salary ranges between $28-33/hour depending on experience.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software for document conversion, editing, and annotation.
    • Exposure to project management tools like Airtable, Asana, Jira, Monday, or Trello.

    Responsibilities:

    • Document Management: Create, edit, and meticulously organize documents using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Communicate seamlessly with internal stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
    • HR Experience: Basic understanding of human resources processes, policies, and compliance.
