    Our solutions and software engineers partner directly with our customers and client strategy teams to help them get the most out of our technology, implement new features, and to innovate on new capabilities.

    The Integration Engineer is a key part of our delivery team providing ongoing technical consulting for enterprise customers and serves as both an expert and an interface into our broader technical support teams.

    WHAT YOU WILL DOLead customer-facing integration projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful implementations and maximize customer impact.

    Offer hands-on guidance and technical leadership on integration design, taking an active role in ensuring solutions align with partner needs and drive impactful outcomes.

    Optimize integration processes for scalability and performance in high-volume environments, ensuring firsthand seamless customer experiences and maximum impact.

    Dive into innovation by iterating on new features and use cases in response to partner feedback, personally leading efforts for continuous improvement and delivering impactful solutions.

    Serve as key engineering point of contact for key partnerWork with partners to implement commerce media platformCollaborate with partners to deploy and optimize our commerce media platform, actively contributing to business impact and enhancing partner success.>WHO YOU ARE5+ years experience shipping production code in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with Go, Python, or other general purpose languagesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate with technical and non technical audiencesStrong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering conceptsPassion for learning new things and educating othersHighly efficient and organizedExcellent customer service skills, including the ability to progressively probe, analyze, identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutionsMust demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with partners, management, and peers while operating with integrity>ABOUT KODDIKoddi is a global technology company with software and services that help top digital marketplaces effectively monetize their first-party audiences through industry-leading commerce media technology and strategy.
