- Manage the resources, staff, and program to provide a quality, safe, fun, and worthwhile camp experience.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of programs.
- Supervise and evaluate staff and programming on the camp site as well as volunteers associated with the program.
- Conduct appropriate correspondence with parents to address questions, concerns, or related information as requested or as needed.
- Be aware of all special needs and concerns of campers, parents, and staff.
- Uphold and follow all regulations and standards to ensure staff and camper safety
- Encourage and support staff in their responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned by the camp director
