    Join a small, growing team of best-in-class BCBAs creating the gold standard for pediatric clients and their families. If you are a highly skilled BCBA and believe there is an opportunity to further grow and develop your skill set as a clinician, we're looking for you. We are looking for self-driven candidates who seek to have integral roles in the development of an expanding private practice.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
    • Support fulfillment and tracking of Registered Behavior Technician hours
    • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
    • Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
    • Maintain 30 billable hours per week

    Requirements

    • Provide supervision through telehealth platforms
    • Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed
    • Ability to work effectively from a remote environment that consists of a quiet space, stable internet connection, and a professional set-up
    • Ability to navigate maladaptive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety
    • Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
    • Minimal travel may be required
    • Residency and work authorization in the United States required

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
    • Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred
    • Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
    • Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
    • Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
