This role will support the Director of Marketing to create and execute marketing strategies to drive new guest acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value across our hotels, spas and F&B.
The ideal candidate will provide conceptual and strategic thinking and planning, conduct and analyze market research and data, create content for all channels and continue to strengthen the independent brands in our portfolio.

Qualifications:
Prior hotel/hospitality industry experience
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
Media buying experience, both traditional and digital
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve deadlines
Photography experience a plus
Graphic design experience a plus
This is a great opportunity to join a small and growing company. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing. This is a full-time position located in Portland, Maine.
