    ATC Healthcare is looking for CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTs (CNA) & CAREGIVERS

    Requirements for the CNA Position:

    • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing program or equivalent competency evaluation meeting state regulations
    • Meeting state-specific certification criteria and holding unrestricted CNA certification
    • Minimum of six months' experience as a CNA in a healthcare environment
    • Current CPR certification as per client facility requirements, along with other necessary health and screening assessments based on facility and regulatory standards

    Working Environment Conditions:

    • Work settings vary based on client facilities; potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other infectious materials

    Key Duties and Responsibilities of the CNA:

    • Adherence to ATC and client facility nursing protocols
    • Maintaining patient care confidentiality following HIPAA regulations
    • Effective communication of information to relevant staff
    • Accurate documentation of patient care as per facility guidelines
    • Execution of assigned care plans for patients
    • Provision of personal care services to designated patients
    • Recording and reporting vital signs according to facility protocols
    • Documenting patient input and output data as assigned
    • Participation in continuing education programs to uphold competency
    • Delivering patient care with respect for cultural diversity and age appropriateness
    • Performing additional assigned duties and responsibilities
    • Assigned duties, responsibilities, and tasks may vary as per assignment and operational requirements
