    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team.

    As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a medical/surgical setting.

    This is a full-time position with various shifts available. Pay Details 36 Hrs./Wk.= $1990 Per week Blended Pay = $55.28/hr.


    Weekly Taxable:
    $828 Per week weekly Travel stipend :$1162Per week OT Rate:$66.78/hr


    Responsibilities:
    Shift: 12hr Nights 36hr Guarantee


    NOTE:
    WEIRTON WEEK BEGINS SATURDAY 7PM AND ENDS SATURDAY 6.59PM 36 hours week 3x12 Hour 13 week contract 12 Hours a day Requirements: 3 Years CURRENT MS experience - Required 5 Years of Nursing Experience - Required Two Years of Previous travel experience - Required BLS Required WV state license req


    Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
    • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
    • Assist with catheterization and tube feeding procedures
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Educate patients and their families on disease management and home care instructions
    • Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR)
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients Skills:
    • Proficient in performing catheterization procedures
    • Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
    • Familiarity with CT scans and interpretation of results
    • Ability to accurately measure and interpret vital signs
    • Experience with tube feeding administration
    • Strong understanding of ICD10 coding system for accurate documentation
    • Knowledge of assisted living protocols and procedures
    • Familiarity with ophthalmology practices and procedures
    • Excellent coding skills for proper billing and reimbursement purposes
    • Ability to handle emergency situations in the ER setting Qualifications:
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state]
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
    • Minimum of [X] years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
