LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our clients comprehensive HR/Recruiting team for a top healthcare company in the stat of Indiana . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top-tier talent to support the companies growth objectives.

** Candidates must live in the state of Indiana to be considered for the role*

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in the service lines being supported
• Source for passive talent on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.
• Create an intentional sourcing strategy to connect with qualified candidates for respective service line
• Phone screen all interested candidates to determine the best fit and promote our employee value prop with a goal of 10 conversations per week.
• Collaborate with recruiting team once a best fit role is identified with a candidate to convert lead to application to hire
• Manage any lead generation campaigns
• Manage Indeed leads
• Manage any sourcing campaigns and projects
• Document and track candidate activity and create candidate pools and pipelines in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent, high volume recruiting experience
• Prior experience handling 45-50 open requisitions
• Recruiting in the Healthcare Industry, specifically RNs, is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
