is seeking a Project Manager to organize and direct supervision and other associated staff by determining priorities to maximize the use of resources in achieving prescribed objectives.

Hourly Base Rate of $40.00, In addition to full family medical insurance (equates to $7.28 paid an hour), Retirement/Pension & Annuity (equates to $5.51 paid an hour), Vacation/Holiday Pay (equates to 7% of your gross earnings paid) Total estimated hourly earnings of $55.59 an hour based on a 40 hour work week.

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will define projects objectives, create schedules, and oversee quality control through the entire project. Manage multiple projects and crews including developing electrical project budgets and schedule to project closeout.


Responsibilities:
Achieve operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing standards, resolving problems, completing audits, and determining improvements.

Meet financial objectives by completing estimates, developing project budgets, bidding, tracking project expenses, evaluating project activity, and other related tasks.

Ensure team members have the appropriate materials, tools, personal protective equipment, and inventory to successfully complete projects.

Manage electrical crews, including labor union employees, through training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; and enforcing policies and procedures.

Provide technical assistance to team members on complex projects.

Assume responsibility for safety on the projects managed. Provide safety and hands-on leadership to teams to ensure productivity and efficient use of materials & equipment.

Provide initial client/owner's contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete the project.

Support business development efforts by targeting the appropriate market, and clients that have applicable needs.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in electrical field supervision role

Electrical industry and NEC code experience.

Estimating software review and understanding.

Experience working with labor unions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
