04/19/2024The Sanborn Regional School District is seeking to hire 2 School Psychologists for the school year and beyond. This is a full time, Unit 3 or non-teacher bargaining unit position. The positions will primarily be set as PK-5 and 6-12 with overlap as needed.

The primary function will be to assess students under special education IDEA regulations, provide some counseling as workload allows and to oversee paraprofessionals for selected students under Medicaid.

The candidates will need to work collaboratively with coordinators and team members. An ability to problem solve, reach consensus and follow district protocols is a critical.

An ability to speak both professionally and plainly regarding assessments and impact is crucial for connecting with our parents and students.

Salary and benefits are negotiable and commensurate with experience.
