- Support the CPM in ensuring books and records are at any time representing a true and fair picture of the project financials (actuals and forecasts)
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external rules, laws, standards and guidelines, particularly ECC and Tax
- Support the Site Manager in the management of financial matters on site
- Manage together with the Site Manager all site related matters of customer and supplier contracts
- Ensure successful claim documentation and resolution
- Ensure lessons learnt are being made
- Optimize site related assets (Tools, TEQ, Spares, etc.)
- Participate in Project Team Meetings
- Regularly analyze Site Budget together with CPM, update Forecasts and explain differences
- Give input in updating the R&O Log
- Perform compliance checks for site related transactions
- Identify and evaluate disputes, claims and variation orders and support in the documentation of such
- Be involved in the approval process for site related PO's, keep record and analyze impact on projects budget
