Opportunity:

RN - Nurse Navigator

Job Details:

• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week during 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift

• 13-week contract length starting as soon as possible

• No weekend requirements, every other holiday rotation required

• No floating requirements

• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum callback

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours

• Focus on lung cancer screenings and incidental lung nodule management

• No face-to-face patient interaction - primarily case management and navigation

• 2-4 years RN experience required with oncology experience preferred

• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS AHA or ARC

• Epic charting experience required

• Business casual dress code

• Associate degree or certificate education requirement

• Must comply with seasonal vaccination and mask policies during flu season
