- Supports Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services
- Bachelor's and 5+ years' experience, Master's with 3+ years' experience or PhD degree with proven experience
- Proven experience in Electronic Packaging Design
- Experience in mechanical CAD design & stress, structural, fatigue, and thermal analysis
- Experience delivering working products through design, verification, and test

This person will be a crucial part of my client's team as they develop and build novel, high-frequency components in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
