    Inventory Management Organization, focusing on data analysis and reporting, tool development and automation and driving business results to need Inventory Management KPIs
    This is an opportunity that will continue to progress your business knowledge, technical ability, and leadership.

    This position will be responsible for performing and driving cross-functional data analysis, recommendations/business cases and decisions regarding end-to-end product planning.

    This individual will specifically be provided an opportunity to learn SAP and current state procurement systems and supply chain processes, all data environments and all facets of managing a part through it's entire lifecycle.

    Although this role will collaborate across Inventory and Supplier Management, Purchasing and Operations, it will primarily focus on SCW kpi's such as cost savings opportunities, process improvements, inventory control, part change management operational efficiencies, and productivity improvements.

    In addition, this position will be responsible for providing data and informational insights that drives efficiencies and operational improvements across the supply chain network.

    Given the above, the candidate must have a proven track record of taking the initiative, dealing with ambiguity, problem solving and leading change and decisions across many large teams

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Perform a wide range of analytical work including creating easily consumable data insights, automation, tool development and reporting.


    Ability to translate the needs of internal and external customers by asking the rights questions, connecting them to SCW kpis and a high level of curiosity to ensure end to end supply chain impacts and benefits.


    Must have the ability to source and transform data, while identifying a clear strategy that clarifies priorities and opportunities to the business.

    Collaborate with IT and enterprise business owners that enables the teams to make faster decisions with data, while maximizing business impact

    Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives.

    Guides of one of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.

    Communicate to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers Position is responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers

    Ability to understand and assess complex supply chain issues and lead teams in a cross functional environment to successfully resolve issues minimizing impacts to vehicle production
