    Responsibilities:
    • Set up new Revit MEP projects based on existing project templates.
    • Develop mechanical construction documentation under supervision of assigned engineering, design, and BIM supervision utilizing primarily AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
    • Develop mechanical construction models in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP as part of a BIM team.
    • Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings.
    • Create, modify, and update Revit MEP families as required for specific projects.
    • Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, managing links, and historic versioning.
    • Attend coordination meetings, communicate with other trades, and create/extract reports as required.
    Qualifications:
    • Degree Mechanical Engineering from an accredited school. Current EIT or ability to sit for EIT exam
    • Knowledge of current CAD and BIM platforms
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Revit MEP, and AutoCAD MEP
    • Demonstrated knowledge of or interest in MEP systems and their installation, with an emphasis on electrical installations preferred.
    • Possess an understanding of drawing and modeling organization, detail, and precision.
