Job summary

The Office Manager will provide essential administrative support to the Financial Advisor while ensuring top-notch client service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Financial Advisor in preparing for client meetings, including scheduling, organizing client information,
  • Maintain a tracking log of new and existing business activity
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the Financial Advisor and clients
  • Maintain all administrative duties such as filing,
  • Maintain and update client files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
