Role Description

As a Commercial Construction Estimator at Vision Building Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Murfreesboro Tennessee. You will be responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Your expertise in estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis will help us make informed decisions and provide clients with precise and reliable estimates. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
• Relevant certifications or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
