This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls WI You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays As Lead Media Strategy you will be dedicated to media strategy and cross-channel investment planning and leverage data-driven insights to inform media and investment strategies What You'll Do Translate and apply business goals and marketing objectives into annual and quarterly media objectives and strategies Develop and present Media plans including go-to-market strategies investment channel mix flighting capture tactical recommendations Project-manage Media milestones presentations with in-house teams Assist in planning media investment across all paid channels leveraging cross-functional marketing teams inputs MMM data Collaborate with finance channel partners for budget tracking investment accuracy Partner with channel owners to gather recommended media refinements innovations for testing increase media impact efficiency Monitor analyze campaign performance pulling together performance recaps achieve maximum efficiencies Additional tasks may be assigned Required Skills You Have Bachelor's degree in Communications Journalism Advertising Marketing Self-starter Attention to detail strong accuracy organization skills Deep understanding of paid media fundamentals channel strategy activation Expert-level proficiency working data manipulation extracting insights Thrives fast-paced evolving environment ability navigate ambiguity drive forward independently Preferred Experience programmatically buying paid digital DV360 social platforms YouTube etc Experience planning buying traditional TV Radio Magazine Outdoor etc
