    Job Description:

    The Adjunct Pool: Assistant Soccer Coach will provide instruction, mentoring, and coaching to student athletes in skills, techniques, and competitive strategies necessary for individual and team achievement of athletic standards.
    Establish safety standards to protect students-athletes; document injuries; support academic progress through mentoring activities.

    • Evaluate performance;To refine team strategies throughout season
    • Create positive atmosphere;support retention;
    • Maintain confidentiality; refer students to appropriate resources.
